Installation

dassi is a Chrome extension. Installation takes less than a minute.

Requirements

• Google Chrome version 138 or later
• A Google account for signing in

No API key is required to get started — dassi includes managed credits out of the box.

Install from Chrome Web Store

1. Visit the dassi Chrome Web Store page
2. Click Add to Chrome
3. Confirm the installation when prompted

First-time setup

After installation, dassi opens a short onboarding walkthrough:

1. Welcome — dassi introduces itself
2. Find the extension — locate the extensions icon in your Chrome toolbar
3. Pin the extension — pin dassi for quick access
4. Get started — open dassi and start your first conversation

Pin the extension

For quick access, pin dassi to your toolbar:

1. Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in the Chrome toolbar
2. Find dassi in the list
3. Click the pin icon next to dassi

Sign in

The first time you open the sidebar, you’ll see a Sign in with Google button. Sign in to activate your account and receive managed credits.
