Task Dashboard

The task dashboard at app.dassi.ai is a web page that shows every task dassi is running, waiting on, or scheduled to run — across your whole browser, not just the tab you’re looking at.

If you’ve asked dassi to do a few things at once — a task running quietly in a background tab, a plan waiting for your approval, a scheduled task due tomorrow morning — the dashboard puts all of it in one list instead of you hunting through tab groups to find what needs attention.

Visit app.dassi.ai in any tab. It connects to the dassi extension running in the same browser automatically — there’s nothing to sign in to or configure separately.

If dassi isn’t installed, or is installed but disabled, the dashboard shows install steps and an Add dassi to Chrome button instead of your task list. After installing, click I’ve installed it — reload.

Tasks are grouped into four buckets in the sidebar:

  • Needs you — a plan is waiting for your approval, or dassi hit something it can’t resolve on its own
  • Running — dassi is actively working right now
  • Scheduledscheduled tasks waiting for their next run
  • Done — recently finished tasks

Click a bucket to filter the list, or select All tasks to see everything together.

Click any task to open its details in the right-hand rail. If the task has a live tab, click Open in Chrome to focus that tab and open its side panel — useful for approving a plan or picking up where dassi left off.

Type what you want done into the bar at the bottom of the dashboard and press Enter. dassi opens a new tab with the side panel already running your prompt — the same as typing directly into the sidebar, just without needing a tab open first.

  • The dashboard refreshes every few seconds while its tab is visible, so new tasks and status changes show up on their own.
  • It only shows tasks from the browser it’s running in — it can’t see tasks from a different computer or Chrome profile.
